One of the best things I've ever done was to to start training with Pegasus. I have been going for around 2 years now, feeling great and in the best shape of my life.
I could barely run 5k without stopping when I started so you don't need to be fit to begin.
Barry and the team will cater for all levels - don't let the military fitness theme put you off, it's not someone shouting to get more done as you do press-ups! That being said there is great encouragement to push you if you want it.
If you train consistently with Pegasus you will see big improvements to your fitness!
Each session is different with a big variety of exercises from running, boxing, body weight exercises and more so you won't get bored.
On top of that it's a great social group, everyone is very friendly and makes you feel welcome right from the start.
I can't recommend Pegasus enough, whether you're training to get fit and lose some weight or for an event, come along and get involved. You won't regret it.
(PS If you are training for an event then you will smash it!)
