Mark, Michelle & Mary at The Orion Fifteen

Mark, Michelle and Mary were out in the forest this morning while the rest of us were training. We think they probably worked harder than us at The Orion Fifteen, a 15 mile cross country race through Epping Forest. Great effort and cracking times, you three!
