Pegasus Military Fitness offers a variety of bootcamp sessions, that take place in different outdoor locations in Chingford throughout the week.
Our sessions are designed to be varied - so you’ll never get bored - but they generally follow the pattern of a progressive warm-up, the main event (or events), followed by a warm-down.
Typically activities include: running, resistance exercises, such as sit-ups and press-ups, partner exercises, team games, and even some basic kickboxing drills.
Our trainers are REPs registered, and use the same ethos of continuous improvement as used by the Armed Forces to provide balanced training programmes.
We draw from actual military experience to get the best results from you, but always with an element of fun to keep you smiling!
Our bootcamp classes are subtly adapted to include varying levels of fitness, so no matter whether you are a beginner or super-fit, the sessions will make sure you are both included and get a great workout.
How fit do I need to be?
Firstly, you come to us to get fit; secondly, we measure effort not speed or strength - your attitude is the most important quality you need to possess. We will nurture that and fitness will follow naturally.
Do I have to let you know in advance when I'm coming or not coming?
If you can contact us to let us know you are coming, it helps us plan for activities and equipment, but we will never turn someone away for coming along on the spur of the moment!
Will I get shouted at or made to do things I don’t want to do?
We sometimes shout but only in encouragement and never at individuals!
What do I do with my keys and wallet?
Our instructors can look after your personal effects during the session.
What should I bring?
Yourself, a drink, a warm top and bags of enthusiasm...
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes and trainers.
Do I have to pay for a minimum number of sessions?
You can decide how you want to pay - either £6 per session (Pay As You Go) or you can pay monthly (£50). Whatever works for you!
